VSIC 2018 · Foreign ownership

Search 1,549 VSIC 2018 activities by plain-English description or by code, across all five levels.
Every activity is being mapped to the Law on Investment negative list: open to 100%, capped, or closed.
Minimum capital, the IRC and ERC route, and the right structure for your goal in Vietnam.
The rule behind the code
In the Vietnam your classification does not carry the foreign-ownership rule on its own. That rule lives in the Law on Investment negative list and the minimum-capital law. We do the crosswalk, so each code tells you where you actually stand, and Emerhub handles the filings.
